Introduction to fitness, proper techniques of pushups, sit ups... basics with fun challenging activities. Great to prepare them for sports with speed/agility & strength activities. You can sign up over the phone or come in to sign up. For kids ages 5 - 12
For Children 6 to 12 years old. We supply tables, chairs and activity with an instructor. You will be responsible for food, drinks and paper products etc...
A $50 Non-refundable deposit within 5 days of booking is required. If you book and we do not receive your deposit the reservation will be canceled.
Give us a call to schedule and available times. Parties can only be scheduled on Saturday or Sunday.
